Made-to-order, custom, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.

Premade, non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery or pickup, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. Photos may be requested.

Please double-check your size, color, design, and personalization before placing a custom or made-to-order purchase.
